Quantiphi, a Google Cloud Premier Partner, was present on-site to introduce and assist with Google Dialogflow. Many developers created various chatbots using the information from KB documents and other sources. 

K2 was also on-site to help with process-automation via K2 Workflows. A group of developers created a travel authorization system using SharePoint and K2.
